Swinging

Our good friend Ana gave us this swing and Sean has loved it! He seems to enjoy listening to the same songs over and over again. Mark would like everyone to know that Sean has also found favor with DMB (Dave Matthews Band.) The days have been pretty full of eating, sleeping, changing diapers and doing it all over again. Boomka

Mark had a dream last night that he was walking with Sean on a stone path. In his dream he was saying "Ka-Boom! Ka-Boom!" each time they stepped on a stone. Sean turned to him and said, "Daddy, my name's not Boomka." So now Sean has the nickname Boomka. We have enjoyed every facial expression, small sigh and even the big cries he has made over the last two weeks.

The Best Week of our Lives!

Sean was born on April 5. He weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long. I labored for 13 hours then pushed for 2 1/2, but it was all worth it when they put him on my tummy. Despite the sleepless nights we have enjoyed the new addition to our family.
