It's amazing how fast they grow!! This morning I turned on some music and Sean started dancing! I couldn't believe it. He is also good at getting into trouble as the picture and the video show.

When did we get so much stuff??
Isn't that always the question when you move?
We're all moved in! Pictures to follow once we're unpacked. (Which could take months at this rate.)
We moved in on Saturday and yesterday I flooded the basement! Yep, the washer's drain hose fell out of the utility sink and when I found it there was an inch of water in the utility room. Sean was crying, I slipped and fell (very large bruise on my knee BTW), and our basement was all wet. Tears, lots of them, that's what came next. The wet vac that Mark brought home saved the day and Anne brought towels and some perspective. It's still damp, but we'll survive... One day we'll laugh about how I flooded the basement the week we moved into our new home.
On a more positive note: the piano is finally in our home, Sean's room is super cute, the craft stuff and the Clavinova (electric piano) are NOT in our bedroom and we can't hear the neighbor's every move. We love having new space and not paying rent.

Thankful
I just need to post a quick note about how thankful I am to our Heavenly Father for sending such a sweet spirit into our lives. I am so thankful for the blessing of caring for and teaching Sean. He has brought such joy into our lives and despite the sleepless nights it has been such a wonderful and growing experience to be a mom. I am also very grateful for Mark's hard work so that I can stay home and care for our little guy.

Crawling
Just shy of his 6 month birthday Sean started to crawl. He is all over the place and tries to find things to put into his mouth. I love to watch him explore. He has also started to SCREAM when he gets frustrated. I'm sorry that I haven't posted a video until now.
He really wants to stand. There was a meltdown after this picture was taken because he couldn't stand.
Laughing!

MetroAccess
I have to vent about MetroAccess: We have an neighbor in a wheel chair who is on dialysis and can't get out of her apartment without help. When Mark and I were leaving to drop Mark off at work she was waiting for MetroAccess with her door open. We said hello as we were walking by and she asked us to tell the driver to come in and get her if he was out there. We found him around the corner asleep in his car. We got out and told him that she was waiting for him and to drive around to where the sidewalk is. --- I came back 1/2 hour later and he was STILL there. He had moved forward 20 feet and stayed in his van. I told him that she was still waiting and he said that it had been so long that they had canceled the pickup and that he had to call to get permission to pick her up. I was so mad! He was TOO LAZY to just come in and check. I finally talked him into coming. I had to tell him 3 times that she needed help getting out of her apartment before he SLOWLY walked into our building. This woman super nice and I don't know how she deals with these people. Anyway, I feel better now...sorry for the random post.

Pumpkin Patch
Today we went to the pumpkin patch with Kim, Anne, Ellie and Nathan. It is the tradition to drive to a really fun patch with lots of activities. We went to the farm's restaurant for breakfast...Yummy! Then we went to the Patch...

Giggles
Sean doesn't laugh very often, so it is a real treat when he does.
We accidentally figured out how to make him laugh one day after his bath. :)

4 Months & Josh
Sean is 4 months old now. We really enjoy watching him change as he learns and grows. At his 4 month checkup he weighed 18 lbs. 2 oz. which keeps him up in the 97th percentile. It was so nice to have Josh out here for 10 days we did a lot and he was a very plesant house guest (even in our cramped appartment.)
Josh put Sean to sleep. It was a wonderful moment for me and he was quite pleased with himself.

3 Months
The last three months have been so wonderful. Sean is a heafty 17 lbs and we love the comments of, "Look how big he got" and "Look at those curls!" Having a baby is hard work, but we wouldn't change it for the world.
Yay!! He finally took the bottle...now we can go out!
I came in to the family room to find Sean being taught the ways of Guitar Hero. He's not too young is he?
